captcha issue again

A while back I couldn't log in with the new captcha system, but that was fixed after a few days. Now, I upgraded my modem from my isp due to them saying it was that or no internet, and the little box to check saying I'm not a bot is gone again. I went from a docsys 2 to a docsys 3 if that means anything. I don't know how or why swapping a modem out would change anything though.

I looked a bit more in the forums here and didn't see anything else. I clicked log in again and the box to check was back. I loaded that page several times before posting here and nothing. I have no idea what happened, maybe a temporary glitch or something. It's fixed now

It mostly depends on your browser.  Early versions of IE aren't supported by Recaptcha.

When you're supposed to check the squares with street signs, do you include the sign posts, or just the actual sign?  How about when it's just a sliver of the edge, whether you're selecting signs or cars or whatever?  Do you only select if the portion of the object within a square is identifiable as part of the object on its own, or do you select the square that has even the tiniest piece and you'd never know what it is without seing the adjacent squares?   The reason I ask is sometimes I have to zoom in very tightly to see what's on the edge of a square, and I often find that the item does carry over, but you'd never see it without zooming in very closely, which I doubt people bother to do.   Thanks.
