Fellow Android users....

Hi!

I'm trying to download BA videos through my HTC EVO 4 Android phone, and I can't get it to happen.

I'll click a download link, and for a very brief moment, I'll see the page address change to something like "www.media3.beautifulagony"; it happens so fast I barely have time to read it. Then it goes back to the original page featuring the link.

I tried the cookie tester and it says it's fine, and I don't have download issues with other sites. I contacted BA support, and they said a lot of Android users can play and download the files. I can't do either. Does anybody have any insight?

Do you have your agony media preferences set to WMV?

Thanks for your reply! Yes, I have set it for WMV. I still can't even play the videos on the site. And I've looked through the settings on my phone, and can't seem to find anything (obvious to me) that would prevent me from at least downloading the files for playback through another WMV-friendly application. I wonder if this problem is specific to North American Androids; perhaps there is some key program missing from the OS. I don't know - all I can do is guess.

Not working on my Asus Transformer Pad either. It does support flash, but all I get is a grey transparent box which does nothing. Would be nice to see some support for mobile devices, it being 2013 and all

But if you want to download the video (as opposed to streaming)  just tab and hold the "right click hear to download link". A menu should appear allowing you to save the file.
