If she isn't one already, she would be a natural fit as a Wiccan. Clearly a bisexual,(though this is NOT necessary) her confession reveals someone who understands the active (male) and passive (female) energies within us. Understanding and owning one's unique yet universal sexuality is empowering in many areas of our lives. There are, of course, other ways to explore and develop this empowerment. I just know that the study of The Craft has brought many of us to new levels of inspiration and love that were hidden mysteries.
This, April 30, is Beltane eve here in the northern hemisphere and tomorrow is Beltane, one of the most joyus Pagan holidays of the year.(In Australia, the southern hemisphere, it is now Samhain and a time to feast with the ancestors) Here we will dance around the Maypole and tie a ribbon to the shaft. A symbol of sexual union and a prayer for our fertility and abundance in these troubled times. Time to plant gardens and sow seeds of hope. We enjoy divine sex and drink from the Cup of Wonder!
