Just my two-cent's worth really. I'd be interested to see what other forum members think of my ideas, and of course feel free to add your own!

* Names for the Agonees - Not their real-life identities of course, but I've always thought that simply assigning a number to each Agonee is an oddly dry way of going about things, after all plenty of the contributors are already listed on other sites. It would be nice to avoid a dual-personality situation though, for example #0048 is called Naomi at ISM, Mardi at Abbywinters, and April at Girls Out West, which is plainly silly.

* Better video quality - most clips are fine picture-wise, but tend to be a bit on the small side. I can recall Hi-Res versions of some of the clips were posted briefly in the Press section a few weeks back, these were amazing to watch and really enhanced the viewing experience. It would also be nice to have more choice as to movie format, for example in my experience Quicktime has always tended to provide consistently excellent results.

* More clips per week - this might seem greedy, as four new clips plus the Overkill section is already quite healthy. But I don't think the site should necessarily limit itself to just one clip per contributor (or occasionally two if we count Overkill); there are plenty of contributions which are generally agreed to be popular (e.g. #0085, #0160, #0200), perhaps more could be done to presuade the Agonees back to supply further material. One way to do this might be to provide a two-tier membership as is the case at ISM and Abbywinters, e.g. a Standard membership buys you access to the four weekly clips, whilst an Extra membership (for more $'s of course) gets you access to a much-extended Overkill section, plus perhaps weekend updates. There's nothing wrong in wanting more of a Good Thing, after all!

* Upcoming thumbnail teasers - similiar to ISM, where you can get an idea of forthcoming updates by way of the 'Look Out For These' section near the top of the front page.

* Greater presence on this forum from the BA staff - Shannon was quite chatty during the first week, and a chap called Richard has occasionally posted on here, but other than that nothing. Come on, this is a real opportunity to interact with your (paying) customers, you shouldn't let it pass by! There's an interesting story to be told here, trouble is nobody at BA seems to want to share it with us.

* Beautiful Agony DVD - now this has been mooted on another thread I'm sure, but I think it would be a wonderful idea and could really help to bring the site to a far wider audience. I guess the content would be a mixture of popular existing clips plus a few unseen tantalizers.

Dont change anything:

Names might seem like a nice idea, but not every contributor would wish to be named and there is a real danger that stage names would degenerate to something like porn-star names.

Better quality video would be very welcome, but these could be placed in overkill.

More would only be good if there is no drop in quality. One new agony per day is enough, if there is more material that that, I would prefer rejection of some offerings in favour of highest possible quality.

NUMBERS do degenerate. Although you´re right about the porn-star-thing I prefer the agonees to be *named* in another manner than by numbers. Perhaps the problem is another one: not the act of quoting the person behind the number (if I refer to a #-clip), but to SEE them as a simple number, as material or stuff. THATS what I dislike!

I would love more indepth presentations of the agonees. The agonees that appear in OV section and talk about themselves or the agonees that debate in the forum (like Ruby) are good examples. I enjoy the clips much more now hat I know a bit more about them.

So please encourage the agonees to be more open.

If I was lying then I would have picked the hottest girl on the site and then claimed to be her- actually no, I would have been much more conniving and claimed to be a man and then post from an obviously female perspective.

What has been working well is to get some comment from (almost) every Agonee, after the fact. Some are recording their own impressions, in private, on the spot. Others we interview. Look out for these soon...

I think a nice new twist would be to see a few that use either the water jet from a jacuzzi or the bathtub faucet. I've seen a few of these in the past and have read that alot of women "started out" by using those methods. Way back when my wife and I first got together she demonstrated the Jacuzzi method, what a turn-on!
