I had lunch with Lauren a few weeks ago and we reminisced on the old days and the birth of Agony. We may have even made a recording of it. For those who remember co-founder Lauren who ran the site for the first 10 years, she's doing well and has an awesome family.
I also chatted recently with Shannon who designed the site when she worked for us in the early days. She hadn't seen the site for a while, she lives in Hollywood now and does other stuff. While we were swapping emails she had a look. "You haven't changed a thing! That's inexcusable!" I told her that's because it was so good we never saw a reason to change it - but maybe it is time for a bit of a revamp.
Thanks everyone for keeping us going! Especially the contribs, especially the subscribers, and especially the people who said it was a dumb idea, which just made us want to do it even more.

Happy 20th (and a half?) birthday BA!
Thanks for everyone involved in this great dumb idea!

I actually joined back in... I think April 2004. I think it was April.
I see no need for a revamp as I can't imagine a better layout. Simplicity and uniformity works. It's like a virtual art gallery. And sometimes it's nice for things not to change to much. The faces change, the place stays the same.

We absolutely love keeping you going! Thanks to all involved in such a wonderful project as this. Especially all the beautiful contributors. Keep this going. I don't see a need for a revamp as you have in a way adding Confessions, a more open contribution view and the Restorations of early contributors. Now, any chance those early insightful contributors would like to come back in a Revival? We are all 20 years older we would welcome you. What did being part of Beautiful Agony add to your lives? A 20 year Revival series.
Happy 20th birthday!
