All videos not working??

Every video pauses itself at the 2 or 3 seconds mark and can't be made to go again. Even downloading the video you only get 2 seconds then blackness. Is the site down?? Going to need to request a refund if this just doesn't work.

I'm on android using chrome.

I have no idea where you are or where the servers are...

But for everything to be down for you, I am fine in Canada, there may be a server in the loop that feeds your system that is having a problem... If that is the case, it will come back sometime, you just need to be patient until it is noticed,, and keep trying to connect so you can seee when it is OK...

The support people replied to my request, all videos are down for all android customers for possibly weeks. Website works for my desktop, though I can't safely watch them there.

They did say they would extend my subscription for free since it won't work for now, which is pretty cool of them

The newer videos still don't work on android. The old stuff does though for some reason.

Can you fill out a Support Ticket, and include the specific videos you're having problems with, and the browser details etc thanks.

I've done so.

I use chrome on android.

5168 (and most videos on the site) does not work beyond 2 seconds

1460 works.
