The Restoration Project is a great idea.  Here are two suggestions: 0239 A1 and 0332 A1 and A2.  The 0239 video is visually intense, and the 0332 videos have some good eye contact.

Another vote for Ms 0332, please! I'd also be delighted to see Ms 0870, 0675, 0746, 1305, and 1520. Thanks for doing this and seeking community input

Instead of being a random rube, let's talk about the most important stuff, including what you're doing/using for conversion because looking at the mediainfo I don't think you're doing it correct with the *restoration*. Or at least ppl can bounce ideas off if you're willing to give us, or I guess me, basic information.

What sources do you actually have? Do you have all the original 1:1 raw copies compared to digital dumps, and to what point? Or do you have the digitial dumps up to a paticular point?

What all program(s)s then are you using to do the converstion. I mean, you could only be almost as good as the 1:1, but the conversion to *HD* isn't the issue, it's just using an updated method, but something doesn't add up on how you're doing it. You could keep the actual aspect ratio, instead of making it HD into upconverting it to 1080p or even cropping it, and use proper modern encoding methods.

However, you are just copy/pasting your encoding settings from your main ones on to your restorations, with the exception of 2 refrence frames instead of 4, along with GOP M=2 N=50 - Audio the same, almost like you've touched it twice depending on what the raw file was used.

Just speculation at this point without knowing, but it's beyond easy to do and you could bust them out...... If you need any programs or want to share info as I didn't see it on the other pages. Seems you have the actual source and instead of using the horrible h.263 and why the .wmv audio is better is part due to it being 20% of the file size. (audio was 14-20% of the file size, which is why it was better) the 300 meg files here have less megs of audio than they do.

Nobody needs .mov, or the lesser versions anymore, and you should re-vamp everything entire, including on thinking about branching out if you're ambitious. Not trying to be harsh or anything, but people will join your site, rip it, leave that month, then maybe come back like I did from 2018 to get the new files, but it's the same site it always has been for as long as I can remember. There is no way that you're still doing the "webmaster" affiliate deal, so I take it that you're owned by others, but it's a shame that this site has gotten no attention at all.

Also, did Adulttime reach out to you guys around 10 months ago? I turned some employees on to you guys, and they were interested... but it looks like they have their own sh**ty version of BA that they started around 5 months ago now. They did like you guys though, but wanted to know more about you guys and your affilations.

I don't quite follow all of this - what is your perceived problem with the resto videos?  They're edited from the original tapes (all restos so far are from the miniDV era), upscaled to 1080p using Topaz AI, at about 25Mb/s,then encoded into MP4's per usual.

This site has not changed ownership since it started.

I have found another small square video hiding beyond the 2000's: 2253 would be nice to restore I think.
