As a heterosexual male, I just rated the beautiful agony of the female performers a bit like into figure skating. My rating is based on a combination of: intensity of the orgasm, hard working at it, arm movements, slushy noises, the glance and twitching of the face, neck, shoulders, lips, throat... and eyes muscles. That combination makes it real and I believe they are generally real.

Rating agonees is like degrading the human behind. In my eyes you have degraded yourself by doing so. A Pity.

What counts is the feeling the agonees themselves have during their experience, not some external rating. Are you the Jury of someone others feelings?

Erdna, we don't do this sort of thing here. Rating this is totally subjectional. What is a 10 for one is a 1 for another. Plus how would you feel if someone comes along and only rates you a 4. and there is nothing you can do to imporve your score because it is a totally natural event controlled by emotions and hormones. Rating an orgasm is OK if done in your own private little world in the controlled circumstances of what pleases you. These are not the Olympics. They are true works of art and a gift of the most personal kind from people at the most intimate moments of their lives. Don't degrade it.

Some time ago, I, too, devised a ranking scheme of sorts for these lovely videos, but seeing this thread makes me realize why I haven't brought it up until now.

I was going to include a brief description of my system, but this post is long enough as it is!!! I would still like to mention, though, that it doesn't account for exceptions like Ms. 240. Just because she wouldn't win any awards for most heavy breathing or most intense movement, that doesn't change the fact that her submission DOES BELONG as part of the Beautiful Agony project. In fact, it exemplifies (for me) why this site exists: along with others in the thread about her submission, I applaud her for her daring in sharing such an intimate moment. I see ranking of any kind as merely an extension of what we all already do - decide which videos, if any, to watch over and over again. Only keep a handful at the ready? How do you decide? A "system" is basically the same idea, only much more specific.

The difference here is that the very posting of an arbitrary top 10 list to this forum makes the system seem like, well, more than it is. And it REALLY is objectifying. I have no problem using a system for myself because I know it is exactly that -- FOR MYSELF.

And honestly, I don't even do that much lately. It just seems like too much of a bother.

Eh Jo and No1S..., Thank you for answering but there is no cause for panic, what do you think you are doing by watching on this site ? And of course I *rate* in my mind what I like and what I don not like that much. But I do not post my opinion and in that way degrade the feelings of some contributor... and that was my point!

How'd you feel if you had contributed and somebody rated you *only* 3, 4 or 5 points? Or, even worse: rated the OTHERS high and YOU weren't mentionned? How'd YOU feel? Think about it!

Thanks again Jo, I can see we start to get on the same wavelength. I have to assure you that I have a lot of respect toward every girl showing on the videos. You seem offended and I regret it. That was never my intention. No girls on those videos have a rating of 3 or 4 but way higher. Though they are all exhibitionists and it's OK with me, they are all expressing themselves beautifuly. I wanted to keep some videos on my computer and then choose the ones the most appealing to me. Also, I am rating the performances not the individuals. Jo, I was thinking about that. French, German, Portuguese... are great languages but English is really more universal. The idea of a forum is to reach as much people as possible. It is OK to exchange few sentences in a particular language but It seems to me English should be used most of the time. Even Ambre (from France) tried her best to write in English. If she had written in french only, probably very few people would have answered.
On the other hand, so far, a lot of girls on BA seem to be from Australia. I hope they are checking out what we say about them and are also more than welcome to answer. Do you think Ell is among them ??????

That's what I also thought. I agree with the english language board as you do. But I wanted to offer an additional platform for those who aren't able to communicate in english at all. In this case a foreign langage is ok for me. But it should remain the exception...
