Dear Wizards/Witches of orgasm,
As you are probably aware, the subject matter and portrayal of the beautiful agony site is amazing and highly well thought. How in the hell has a pornography world not seen the desire for this sort of product before and where are the studios utilising the market for people like us?
I worship the female form, which is why this site is so spectacular. Normal people morph between strange and beautiful different forms on these videos and twist your mind through you sexuality in ways I never imagined. But does a hardcore porn film do that?
I be bollocksed if it does. Amateur porn is just a mimick of the porn community. Just another way of showing the same old shit. I want more and different forms of this, I want to see more beautiful people feeling real sex and showing more. Pick a porn DVD, its just a bore. Someone please tell me where I can get more.

Well, the adult entertainment industry is going through a lot of changes, as young and more creative people get involved. The old guard in Hollywood is slowly falling to the wayside, and being replaced by the likes of Abby Winters and of course Richard and Lauren.
However, the US Government once again is trying to put a lid on the industry. The new rules for content record keeping, will keep the small creative people out of the industry, and once again allow the large corporations to cram their idea of female sexuality down our throats.

It might actually work the other way around. From what I can gather from the (rather complicated) new legislation, webmasters who produce their own content don't have to do much different, as we've always had to keep ID records. It's the promoters, and the sites who recycle content, who are the ones in trouble - as they will technically have to get the ID's of every person in the material they host. In any case it's an American law so it will just drive a lot of the hosting offshore. The big American producers who syndicate their stuff will be stuck with the onerous laws and it will clog their distribution channels, whereas the small owner-producers like us who already keep good records don't have much to worry about, particulalry if we're not US based. More than anything, I think it will dramatically change how porn is marketed on the net via the affiliate system and TGP's.

Thank you Richard for clarifying some of my concerns. Im glad that these changes will not effect BA, because as I have started before, you and Lauren have come up with a very unique website. I guess I was referring more to myself, which is a one-man operation. I had planned on producing some very unusual erotic content, but have found that the record keeping would just be too much. However, record keeping here in the US, is a real burden for any small business, no matter what type of product or service you offer. I hope your website will inspire others to become more creative, and to think outside of the main stream.

That's very good news Richard. A better direction (such as this site) is definitely needed.
