The website owner borrows\purchases material from other sites\avs groups And post them as his own\sent in.

While "Yes" they do have a few original videos. Most are collected\purchased and resold as their own.

Ironically, The Mumswhocum website guy had a website during 2001 - 2002 that borrowed from my "egroup" without giving credit to the original owners of the respective vids. And ended in a fight between me and a bunch of other e-group owners. Which he lost and then turned around and opened the site you listed.

But truth be told. The above websites won't last with the new 2257 law that just past. (If rumors are right.)

I haven't seen spam delivery attempts to the addresses I created to sign up through them in a while - but I wouldn't blame it on BA if that happened, because the billers (and the scum buying their addresses) are to blame - I do encourage BA to keep an eye on this, though. If you do get complaints about spam being sent to addresses used specifically to sign up to your site through CCBill, you will know where to look first.
Just my $ 0.02.

If you use GM Bill you wont' have any problems. They also have more facilities for customer service and they just work much better.
