You don't actually know much about America, do you? It's a vast and hugely diverse country. The puritan fundamentalism of some parts of the south has very little in common with Haight-Ashbury, which has little in common with Detroit. What they all believe in, though, is local democracy and local (and personal) expression of democracy. And free speech (way beyond what I - an unreconstructed old-school real liberal - would advocate, remembering how the enemies of freedom abuse it).

Of course, America is a dynamic country and there are many different peaple, different ethnic influences, social stratas, the difference of north and south and so more, togheter in one democratic community. But the influence of the old puritaniens coming from the English Calvinists and since about 1620 (the Pilgrim Fathers) active in America is a very old and still very influential force. Unfortunately with the from a God legitimated right for violence. I think, that trend still works in the underground from the old days till to todays political tendencys but fortunately superimposed from an also hard striving for freedom.

Just to register my wholehearted appreciation of Overkill 86. It is about the most erotic contribution that I have ever seen anywhere because it is natural and real which is what this site is all about and why it scores above all others.

Welcome, Void2k! The AW answer is already scattered across this Forum, but rather then delve I'll repeat: AW here means not all-weather but Abby Winters. If you access via <www.lovenet.co.uk>, there's always the chance you'll spot something else you like, along the way.

Most of us, including web-trawlers far more experienced than I, seem to judge that, all in all, this BA site is in essence totally unique and distinctive.

Dogwood, I disagree with you about AW girls. Have you seen Liandra's last IM ? What about Emma, Armine and Gabrielle and many others. Wow great thread.
