Not sure for whom it would be a happy hour as it would be the equivalent of asking for a DOS attack on the BA site. All the cheapos of this world would use a script to automatically download all the clips in that single hour.

It's not really practical for most people to download everything in an hour. It's about 5GB at present, so it would take a 14000 kbit/s or faster connection.

Something like a single megabit/s/month connection might be more practical because it would be extremely slow with all the contention and would be inexpensive (unlikely to be more than 60-150 USD/month). But not a good user experience, so a bad idea.

Really practical would be something like download-only access via the Coral distributed cache/Content distribution network. That has hourly per-site limits at each of the remote distribution sites so it would be self-regulating without being slow until the limit was reached. That might make increasing the number of samples viable without adding cost, either in bandwidth or significant server load. Personally I think this would be good for sales - it's good to see more than one preview, quickly, instead of needing to wait several months to get that sort of overview of the range of content.

One of the nice things about this site is that it does make it fairly easy to get the content once you've subscribed.
